Lender and equity-partner reporting

A monthly reporting package is assembled from the systems of record, reviewed twice — once for the data, once for the finished report — and then certified by an officer as true, correct and complete. This workspace is internal and access is granted per property and report type.

Reporting figures are held in the system of record and are never copied, cached or recomputed here.
